This post marks an important point in the history of the One For The Dads blog: as forum stalwart Ryan has point out, this was the last existing Legs & Co. routine to be posted on the blog.
But to paraphrase old Mister Churchill, this is not even the beginning of the end: merely the end of the beginning. There are still a few rare Pan's people performances out there, that I haven't managed to track down. I have the ongoing task of replacing non-playing videobam clips on earlier posts. And, providing the BBC keep up their excellent run of Top of the Pops repeats, I'll be able to replace some of the lower-quality, fuzzy VHS clips with shiney new versions. Not to mention the other dance troupes and tangentially interesting clips I've posted and will continue with.
Thanks to all the people who continue to in clips, and all the supporters who are taken part in the conversations over on the discussion board.
I love these flamenco outfits: making the mustaches such obvious paper fakes adds just the right note of "we're not taking ourselves too seriously here". Thanks to Damien for sending a clip of this recent TOTP appearance.

Hurray!!! An absolutely Fabulous and long awaited Dance routine by the One and only Legs and Co.And its been well worth it.One thing, its a shame Patti Hammond wasn't there. All in all a brilliant clip. Benja :-)
Yes good to see this one up on the blog, thanks for putting it there YMG. Lets not forget though that theres still a few backing dancer routines by Legs and of course those pesky `so called wiped routines`that are not on the blog, but we know some do survive, so heres hoping one day. For a list of the performances by Legs that are not on the blog visit the lists section on the forum. Its great to hear you mention the TOTPs re-runs YMG, yes theres plenty of ropey/fuzzy clips on here that may need replacing and i will remind you if i see such a clip.
REMEMBER GUYS THE EASIEST WAY TO ACCESS LEGS & OTHER DANCE TROUPE ROUTINES THAT ARE ON OFTDs IS BY THE CLICKABLE LINKS SECTION ON THE FORUMS FIRST PAGE.
Note the camera not quite getting out of shot fast enough at 1.38, left hand side of screen.
Very enjoyable all round. I like the pseudo spartan set, set in the Baja C, I like Rosie taking centre stage, I like the "pretty boy" outfits and perhaps best of all I like Flick's choreography.
Very stylish and I love Sue's slightly quizzical expression at the beginning. Of course Sheriff Hammond should have burst in but that's only in the extended mix!
Some people say this song is about drugs and hedonism, other say it is about a satanic cult, but somehow these girls manage to make it looks almost like a puerile folk music with those traditional spanish costumes and dance.
