Can't say I've ever got the hang of this football thing: I can almost understand the appeal of playing it. Almost. But watching other people play it? No, I don't get the appeal. I'm clearly in a small minority here, though.

Without looking at Wikipedia, I can tell you the answer to YMG's trivia question is "My Name Is" by Eminem - which samples "I Got The" by Labi Siffre, which Chas 'n' Dave performed on as session musicians.

God job I am not an Arsenal fan, or my love affair with Legs would be over! Not sure what TOTP's obsession was with Spurs, they even got Garth Crooks to co host a show in 1982 and he was dreadful!
It is a shame Legs weren't still around for the 6th May 1982 edition. Imagine Legs dancing with the Scottish World cup Squad, would give some old codger a heart attack! :-)

So this version of the Spurs song must be the repeat showing from the 21st of May 1981, if it has clips of the actual match on it. I wonder if the original clip shown on the 7th is out there somewhere ? Still the footie clips didnt dampen my enjoyment of the girls singing away.
This shows one of the aspects of the ladies I love so much and that is their ability to be natural and fit into any situation with charm and humour. Just look at these beautiful fans!

Not a City fan then Ryan :) I would reckon the original clip from the 7th is somewhere about. Not seen it myself but the girls other two appearances that day are around. My copy of the Shaky number isn't the best though.
