Here's another Hot Shoe Show clip featuring Cherry that they unearthed over at www.panspeople.net.
This one sets off two big alarm sirens. AWOOGAH! AWOOGAH! That's the sound of my highly sensitive Bonnie Langford Alarm. There's a fair amount of toothsome gingerness in this clip. And she even sets off my second alarm: oOoOoEeEeEeAaAaEeEoOoOo! oOoOoEeEeEeAaAaEeEoOoOo! That's the sound of my Inappropriate Rapping Alarm. She does some rapping awful enough to make you wince.
But Bonnie's rubbish rapping does serve some purpose: it means that when Cherry herself starts behaving like a member of the Sugarhill Gang later in the routine, she doesn't sound too bad. Compared to BL I mean.

I see that, when it comes to Bonnie Langford, like me you agree with Noel Coward, Jez.
Even with Cherry's hair this one is heading for the bin along with all that awful food.
Even with Cherry trying to rescue this towards the end, this is truely awful stuff, whats with the phoney canned laughter also.
Didnt miss Langford used to say in just William and i quote "I'll scweam and scweam and make mythelf thick". Well i feel like screaming and being sick watching this tripe!
I can literally watch Cherry in anything but this was a bit more of an effort than usual
